			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sarah finally got me to the gym on Saturday.&nbsp; Did 30 minutes on the bike.&nbsp; It wasn&rsquo;t too bad.&nbsp; Listening to the MP3 player helps pass the time.&nbsp; The legs felt pretty wobbly when i was done as you&rsquo;d expect.&nbsp; Got the heart rate up to 155 or so and sustained that for at least a few minutes.&nbsp; At first i was trying to keep the RPMs at 60 or so but i slowed down to 45&ndash;50 as i tuckered out.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Skipped out today .. will try to do the exercise thing every other day.&nbsp; Sarah&rsquo;s a good motivator so i&rsquo;m sure I&rsquo;ll keep it up. </p>
<p>The legs are definitely a bit stiff today.</p>
<p>Ate at Olive Garden tonight.&nbsp; Tomorrow i go back to restricting carbs quite a bit.&nbsp; And drink water.&nbsp; The water and getting up early enough to make breakfast were the two things i was lax at before.&nbsp; </p>
